Returns and Refunds Policy — neoprint3d

Standard Products (Non-Customized)

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return any standard product within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, contact us at [neoprint3d.geral@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Customized Products (3D Printing on Demand)

Products manufactured specifically at the customer’s request are exempt from the right of return, pursuant to Article 17(c) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.
