Order Processing

Orders for standard products are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Custom products (made-to-order 3D printing) have a production lead time that will be indicated on the product page or confirmed by email after the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal: 2 to 4 business days

Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days

Europe: 5 to 10 business days

Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (carriers, customs, holidays, etc.).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

Order tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order.

International Orders

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
