By accessing and using the website www.neoprint3dshop.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you must refrain from using the site.

2. Products and Orders

Neoprint3d offers 3D printing products, including standard parts and custom products manufactured to order. All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of a pricing error or unavailability.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in effect in Portugal. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. For custom products, the production time will be indicated at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

The 3D files and designs submitted by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the files submitted for printing. Neoprint3d is not liable for any copyright infringements in the files provided by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neoprint3d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal. For alternative dispute resolution, you may contact the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center (www.centroarbitragem.pt).
